Felypressinum [INN-Latin] is a synthetic analog of lypressin or vasopressin with more vasoconstrictor activity than antidiuretic action. It is used primarily as a hemostatic. Felypressinum [INN-Latin] is a non-catecholamine vasoconstrictor that is chemically related to vasopressin, the posterior pituitary hormone.
