to any of the other ingredients in NUBAIN.

Mechanism Of Action: Receptor studies show that nalbuphine exerts its action via binding to mu, kappa, and delta receptors, but not to sigma receptors. Nubain is primarily a kappa agonist/partial mu antagonist analgesic.
